About the PT Clinical Supervisor Role:
As a Home Health Agency PT Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the provision of therapy services to patients in their home environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide leadership and guidance to physical therapists. Your exceptional clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and passion for patient care will drive success in this role.
PT Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to established standards of practice.
- Patient Care Coordination: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and make adjustments as needed.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and Joint Commission standards, and maintain accurate and timely records.
- Staff Development: Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to physical therapists, focusing on professional development and growth.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes and staff efficiency.
PT Clinical Supervisor Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in Home Health is a must
- Licensure/Certification: Current physical therapy licensure and certification in Pennsylvania
- Skills: Excellent clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and communication abilities
