Role: Employment Litigation Associate
• Build cases from the ground up (policy/pay-practice analysis, time/record audits, damages modeling).
• Draft and argue key motions (cert./decert., summary judgment, approval).
• Work with experts and co-counsel; manage discovery and depositions; drive resolutions.
Compensation & benefits
• Base up to $250,000 DOE, plus discretionary bonus and full benefits.
Must-haves
• JD + strong academics: Top 25% from a Top-30 law school (or comparably high standing from another school).
• 4–10 years of plaintiff class action litigation experience (wage & hour preferred).
• Onsite in Chicago
Nice-to-haves
• FLSA/state wage-and-hour class experience, certification/decertification briefing, and settlement approval work.
