What you’ll do
- Draft/negotiation: PSAs, leases (office/retail/industrial), financing docs, easements, and closing deliverables.
- Due diligence: Titles/commitments, surveys, legal descriptions; manage curative and exception removal; coordinate with title/escrow.
- Deal execution: Structure and close commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financings (including mortgage and construction loans).
- Development support: Zoning/entitlements strategy, permitting paths, and land-use risk spotting.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years experience in Commercial real estate background (transactional)
- Comfort running titles/surveys/due diligence and coordinating closings.
- Experience with leasing and finance documentation a plus.
- Texas bar (or eligibility to waive in).
