Job description: We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented International Chat Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat Process, possess excellent written communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries promptly through live chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are Eligible
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Typing speed of 30 WPM or above with good accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
Shift Requirements
- Must be flexible to work Night Shifts and Graveyard Shifts.
- Willing to work on Weekends and Rotational Shifts, if required.
Transportation
- Two-way cab facility will be provided for employees residing within the hiring radius, as per company policy.
