Infosys BPM is hiring for Process Specialist (Asset Finance & Servicing) for Bangalore location.

Job Details:

• Job Level: 3A
• Designation: Process Specialist
• Experience: 2 to 4 years
• Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
• Shifts: Flexible to work for any shift (Including Night Shifts)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
• Qualification: Any Graduation (Full Time)

Note: Candidate should be mandatory to have an international process experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Finance & Servicing Associate to manage asset finance operations, customer servicing, loan administration, and portfolio management activities. The role involves processing finance applications, maintaining customer accounts, handling servicing requests, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Finance Operations:

• Process asset finance applications for vehicles, equipment, machinery, and commercial assets.
• Review and validate customer documentation, financial statements, and supporting records.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure accurate loan setup, contract management, and documentation.

2. Loan Servicing:

• Manage customer accounts throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Handle customer inquiries related to loan accounts, repayments, settlements, and contract amendments.
• Process requests such as payment adjustments, account maintenance, refinancing, and contract modifications.
• Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely resolution of servicing requests.

3. Account Management & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate customer and contract records in the system.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audits and provide required documentation.
• Identify and escalate risks, discrepancies, and exceptions.

4. Reporting & Reconciliation:

• Perform account reconciliations and portfolio reviews.
• Generate operational and management reports.
• Support month-end activities and portfolio performance tracking.
• Assist with data analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Asset Finance, Loan Administration, and Financial Services.
• Experience in customer servicing and account management.
• Understanding of loan documentation and contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Full Time).
• 2-4 years of experience in Asset Finance, Loan Servicing, Financial Operations, Banking Operations, or Customer Servicing.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, Leasing, or Financial Services organizations is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with loan management systems and asset finance platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of credit, risk, and portfolio management concepts.
• Experience working in a shared services or operations environment.
