Deliverables
• Lead the design and development of customized solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Review code and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.
• Oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between D365 CRM and other applications.
• Conduct architectural assessments and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
• Ensure the successful execution of project timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay updated with the latest D365 CRM features, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills:
- 6 years of experience of architecting and designing applications on Online Dynamics CRM 365 platform with at least 2 complete lifecycle implementations
- Should have hands on experience of building CRM components like JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Actions, SSRS reports
- Hands on experience with Dynamics CRM custom development using Integration with External systems using REST / SOAP Web services, Data migration etc.
- Ability to design and provide solutions using Online Dynamics CRM out of box features and custom development tools
- Experience in Canvas and model-driven Power Apps
- Strong experience and knowledge in Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules
- Proven experience in solution design and effort estimation
- Knowledge of Power BI preferred.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills with a clear ability to convey thoughts to other team members and stakeholders
- Ability to engage with stakeholders calls independently and clearly articulate and discuss project status and requirements regarding
