Requisitos
- Licenciatura en Nutricion, Ing en Alimentos o a fin
- Indistinto de 25 a 50
- Experiencia comprobable en comedores industriales minimo de 1 año (indispensable)
- Conocimiento indispensable en Normas 251,605, 210, 127 y STPS.
Actividades a realizar:
- Capacitar al personal de nuevo ingreso
- Elaborar reportes de incidentes
- Recopilar y enviar a laboratorio pruebas microbiologicas
- Toma de temperaturas
- Revisar entrega e inventario de materia prima
- Supervisar arranque y tiempos de servicio
- Atencion a clientes
- Manejo de personal
Ofrecemos:
- Salario mensual $16,000 a $19,000 brutos con pagos quincenales
- 10% Vales de despensa mensuales
