- Responsibilities include: Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, developing individualized care plans, and evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
- Qualifications: RN license with a nursing diploma or associate's degree; BSN preferred. No prior experience required, but cardiac/telemetry and med/surg experience are preferred.
- Skills: Critical nursing skills, strong communication, collaboration, and safety awareness. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment is essential.
