Missions

Context Within the Jewellery & Timepieces International Business Unit, the main responsibility of this position is to coordinate with Regions and other departments to optimize High Jewellery & High Timepieces stock allocation and event assortments.

Missions

  • Define stock rotation: local allocations, boutique assortments & events roadshows
  • Manage replenishment launches & delivery priorities, follow up & stock split
  • Manage & Communicate Event assortment (stock updates, LC price lists, display status) to CRM & Regions
  • Manage Event Catalog Process (Event assortment, data quality check, stock status update)
  • Manage Regions requests: client OTOs & propose alternatives
  • Support repricing campaigns (€ & local currencies)
  • Manage Press requests: events & punctual shootings
  • Support Event zoning with Central VM
  • Analyze stock levels and propose forecasts to plan replenishment
  • Give regular feedback to the Marketing team in order to improve the consistency and desirability of Dior high end product assortment
  • Follow-Up and optimize worldwide stock quality (CQ)
  • Manage regional stock cleaning (buyback)
  • Support any special project related to the HE business (IT, product environment…)
  • Support during international and local events

This internship starts in January 2027 and lasts 6 months. Profil

  • Business School or Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous internship experience in a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and interpretative skills
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English mandatory
