About This Role
This role involves supporting colleagues with daily living care and focusing on the residents' well-being at Thebe Park Stanislaus. You will contribute to a warm and safe living environment, assist with meals and activities, and adapt to varied daily tasks. It suits an enthusiastic and flexible Helper (Plus) with a genuine interest in elderly care.
Responsibilities
- Support colleagues with daily living (ADL) care
- Provide genuine attention to residents
- Show interest in residents' stories and respect their wishes and needs
- Contribute to a warm and safe living environment
- Assist residents with meals, welfare activities, and daily guidance
Requirements
- Diploma as Helper (Plus) Level 2
- Affinity with elderly care and various target groups
- Warm, committed, and hospitable demeanor
- Flexible availability for varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with ADL activities
- Enjoy collaborating within an independent team
