Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Repair residential HVAC equipment and components
• Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and paperwork
• Follow company safety procedures and industry standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience preferred
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service, communication, and time management abilities
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must provide your own basic HVAC tools
