- Base Pay: $18/hour ($37,440 annually)
- Uncapped commission opportunities
- Expected First-Year Earnings: $45,000–$65,000+ annually

MCI Clinical Research & Wellness is seeking a high-energy bilingual sales professional to help drive patient growth and expand community partnerships.
The primary goal of this role is to generate new patients and clients for the clinic through sales, outreach, networking, relationship-building, and lead generation activities.

Responsibilities
- Generate new patients and clients through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and outreach efforts
- Build relationships with physicians, clinics, businesses, and referral partners
- Conduct business visits and identify partnership opportunities
- Attend networking events, community events, and outreach initiatives
- Present clinic services confidently and professionally
- Convert leads and opportunities into appointments and long-term relationships
- Support marketing and patient growth initiatives
- Track outreach efforts and sales activities
Qualifications
Required:
- Advanced English & Spanish communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or marketing
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable with outbound calls and face-to-face interactions
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
Preferred:
- Healthcare or wellness industry experience
- CRM experience
- Education or background in Sales, Marketing, or related fields
- Reliable transportation
