The Washington D.C. office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory/Compliance Attorney.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience with regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries
  • Knowledgeable regarding complex healthcare law and regulations, including the False Claims Act, Stark Law, AntiKickback Statute, HIPAA, antitrust, reimbursement disputes, product recalls, and FDA regulatory issues
  • Familiarity with U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Food and Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration, and other regulatory agencies is desired
  • Litigation experience is a plus
  • Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Washington D.C. licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $215,000 to $255,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Associates Are Also Eligible For

  • Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
  • Annual subjective bonus
