Responsibilities and more:

Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Conducts pre-screening interviews of healthcare clinicians.

• Submits identified candidates to Clinical Recruitment Manager for interviewing.

• Sets up interviews for hospital liaisons or managers.

• Conducts in-person and telephone intake meetings with the Clinical Recruitment Manager to learn recruitment needs, compile screening questions, and set expectations of search results.

• Receives guidance and coaching from Senior Recruitment Manager to evaluate, develop, and implement effective recruitment.

• Provides consultation with the Clinical Recruitment Manager on all aspects of recruiting and staffing processes.

• Builds and maintains a network with community resources that results in a quality, diverse candidate pool.

• Performs internet sourcing.

• Attends job fairs.

• Partners in healthcare education activities.

• Ensures candidate background meets requirements on job descriptions.

• Ensures that open Job Request Orders and job descriptions by contracted healthcare facilities are understood as discussed with the Clinical Recruitment Manager before posting to Platinum Healthcare Staffing's job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, Careerbuilder, Zip Recruiter, Facebook).
