About This Role

This high-output recruiting role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring professional caregivers to support a growing client base. It suits a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, volume-oriented environment and excels at quickly matching qualified candidates to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Source caregiver candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, referrals, community outreach, and other channels
• Conduct high-volume daily outreach, including phone calls, texts, and emails, to engage applicants and book interviews
• Run a high volume of phone screens and in-person interviews each week
• Move candidates efficiently through the hiring pipeline: application → screen → interview → background check → onboarding
• Match qualified caregivers to active client requests based on geography, availability, language, and service type (CLS, Respite, Personal Care, Homemaking, Skilled Nursing, etc.)
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of pre-screened candidates ready for immediate placement
• Coordinate with HR, scheduling, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs from hire to placement
• Track recruiting metrics, including applications, interviews scheduled, show rates, hires, and placements, and report weekly
• Represent Compassionate Arms at job fairs, community events, and recruiting drives as needed
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Requirements

• High-energy, phone-first personality, comfortable making 50+ calls a day
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work against daily and weekly targets
• Excellent interviewing and people-reading skills, able to spot a strong caregiver quickly
• Organized and disciplined with follow-up, ensuring candidates do not fall through the cracks
• Clear, professional communication in writing and over the phone
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline
• Reliable transportation for occasional travel between Sterling Heights and Troy offices

Nice to have:

• Previous recruiting experience, especially in healthcare, home care, staffing, or high-volume hourly roles
• Familiarity with home care, Medicaid programs, CMH services, or LTSS
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Workable, etc.)
• Bilingual in Arabic, Chaldean, or Spanish
• Background in customer service, sales, or any role that rewards persistence and conversion
