Choice Recovery Path is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to helping individuals through compassionate, community-focused mental health and substance use treatment services. We are currently looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team and support hiring efforts across multiple departments and locations.

Position Overview:

The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for a variety of behavioral health and healthcare positions including therapists, peer support workers, admissions staff, billing professionals, nurses, and leadership roles. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping connect great people with meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networking
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Manage applicant tracking systems and candidate records
• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
• Build pipelines for behavioral health and healthcare roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Track recruiting activity and provide regular hiring updates
• Support onboarding coordination as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple openings at once
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, or ATS systems preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus
