About This Role

This Healthcare Recruiter position focuses on full-cycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified healthcare professionals across nursing, allied health, and other healthcare specialties. The ideal candidate has strong recruiting experience, excellent candidate relationship management skills, and a proven ability to fill permanent positions in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
• Source and engage qualified healthcare professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess qualifications, and evaluate experience for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across nursing, allied health, and other healthcare specialties
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, job offers, and hiring activities throughout the recruitment process
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to support candidate engagement and successful placements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a staffing agency or recruitment environment
• Experience recruiting physicians across medical specialties
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate sourcing platforms
• Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, relationship management, communication, organization, and ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously

Nice to have:

• Additional experience recruiting nursing, allied health, or other clinical professionals
