Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for healthcare roles, including technical recruiting and high-volume staffing campaigns.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HRIS systems, ATS platforms like iCIMS or Taleo, and other talent acquisition tools such as Workday, Lever, or Greenhouse.
• Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, campus recruitment programs, and internal stakeholders to optimize talent pipelines.
• Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with HR legal standards, employment & labor law, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate activity within HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos, or Paychex for seamless tracking and reporting.
• Engage in research and lead generation activities to identify passive candidates through cold calling, social media management, and networking events.
• Support onboarding processes by coordinating employee orientation sessions and employee evaluation procedures to foster a positive candidate experience.

Experience

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within the healthcare industry or related fields.
• Strong background in talent management software such as iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro.
• Demonstrated expertise in external recruiting strategies including campus recruitment and executive recruiting.
• Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Taleo, or ADP Workforce Now is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards relevant to healthcare staffing.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
