Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals
• Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach via passive recruiting
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
• Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, licensing requirements, and talent acquisition best practices
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, industry partners, and professional organizations

Requirements

• 2+ years in healthcare recruitment required
• Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions
