FirstLight Home Care of Chino Hills
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 / hour
Are you self-motivated, dependable, and passionate about making a positive impact? FirstLight Home Care of Chino Hills is seeking a dedicated, part-time Recruiter to help us build an exceptional team of caregivers and expand our Culture of Care.
What You'll Do:
- Source & Recruit: Build candidate pools by researching, contacting, and networking with candidate sources.
- Screen & Hire: Process applications, conduct interviews, run background checks, and validate references for prospective caregivers.
- Drive Growth: Partner with management to establish recruiting objectives and meet hiring goals.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree (or equivalent experience/training).
- 1–3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or HR experience.
- Knowledge of non-medical home care or healthcare preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
