Our team delivers Community Living Supports, Respite Care, Personal Care, Homemaking, Transportation, and Skilled Nursing services to adults and children throughout the region. With offices in Sterling Heights and Troy, we partner with leading health plans, community mental health agencies, and Area Agencies on Aging to support clients and families in their homes and communities.

The Role
We're looking for a driven, high-output Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and hire professional caregivers to serve our growing client base. This is a fast-paced, volume-oriented role — you'll be expected to maintain consistent daily outreach, conduct a high number of interviews each week, and move qualified candidates through the hiring pipeline quickly. Just as importantly, you'll match new hires to open client requests from our active request list, ensuring the right caregiver is placed with the right client based on location, schedule, skill set, and language.

What You'll Do

• Source caregiver candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, referrals, community outreach, and other channels
• Conduct high-volume daily outreach — phone calls, texts, and emails — to engage applicants and book interviews
• Run a high volume of phone screens and in-person interviews each week
• Move candidates efficiently through the hiring pipeline: application → screen → interview → background check → onboarding
• Match qualified caregivers to active client requests based on geography, availability, language, and service type (CLS, Respite, Personal Care, Homemaking, Skilled Nursing, etc.)
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of pre-screened candidates ready for immediate placement
• Coordinate with HR, scheduling, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs from hire to placement
• Track recruiting metrics — applications, interviews scheduled, show rates, hires, placements — and report weekly
• Represent Compassionate Arms at job fairs, community events, and recruiting drives as needed
• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system

• Excellent interviewing and people-reading skills — you can spot a strong caregiver quickly
• Organized and disciplined with follow-up; candidates don't fall through the cracks
