As a recruiter at Altra Homecare Group you will be working alongside a team of driven individuals, striving to improve the lives of everyone we encounter. From patients to clients, co-workers, and caregivers, we are working to enrich the lives of everyone. You will do this by…

• Identifying quality candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods
• Interview qualified candidates to determine if they fit current needs
• Create and maintain relationships with caregivers, clients, co-workers, and healthcare professionals
• Perform a variety of customer service-related activities
• Manage schedules of clients and caregivers
• Work together with team members to ensure success on all fronts
• Rotating on-call responsibilities spread throughout team members
• Other tasks as deemed necessary
