About This Role

This role is for a healthcare professional who is passionate about caring for older people and wants to contribute to the continuous improvement of care quality. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to provide holistic care for residents, plan and ensure the execution of basic and treatment care, and document within the four elements of the structural model.

Requirements

• Completed training as an elderly care nurse, healthcare professional, or health and general nurse
• Knowledge of expert standards and care documentation in the structural model
• Willingness to acquire current knowledge and continuously develop professionally
• Passion for caring for older people and an appreciative attitude in dealing with them
• Teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Good knowledge of using IT systems for care documentation
