Responsibilities
- Perform professional and individualized care
- Plan, manage, and document the care process
- Ensure high quality of care and support
- Implement medically prescribed measures
- Administer medication and perform treatment care professionally
- Observe and assess the health status of residents
- Act as a contact person for residents, relatives, and doctors
- Guide and support nursing assistants, care assistants, and trainees
- Comply with legal, professional, and internal quality standards
Requirements
- Completed training as a healthcare professional, geriatric nurse, health and general nurse, or nursing specialist
- Enjoy working with people in need of care
- Sense of responsibility and independent working style
- Team player and reliable
- Empathy and strong communication skills
- Humor and positive energy
- Team spirit and willingness to support each other
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
