Job Description
We are hiring fresh graduates for a Health Processor role in a healthcare operations process. The selected candidates will be responsible for accurately processing healthcare-related requests, resolving transaction-related queries, maintaining process records, and meeting defined quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Process healthcare-related requests accurately within defined timelines.
Review and validate information using project-specific tools and systems.
Research and resolve transaction-related issues.
Coordinate with Team Leads and onshore teams for process-related queries.
Maintain accurate daily production records and reports.
Meet individual and team productivity and quality targets.
Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and process discussions.
Adapt to process changes and follow defined process guidelines.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good computer and MS Office skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to process requirements.
Good teamwork and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in evening/night shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
Freshers only.
Graduation from 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026 batch.
Any graduation stream.
All semester marksheets and Degree Certificate are mandatory.
Candidates must be comfortable working from office in Sholinganallur, Chennai.
Candidates must be willing to work from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
