Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals for GCC countries , including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals across GCC countries.
• Source Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Medical Technicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals , and other healthcare staff.
• Use job portals, databases, references, social media, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements, qualifications, experience, licensing, and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, selections, and client/agent interactions.
• Handle candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment and deployment process.
• Coordinate documentation, DataFlow, Prometric, healthcare licensing, medicals, and deployment formalities as applicable.
• Coordinate with internal documentation, operations, client, and overseas agent teams.
• Maintain and regularly update a database of qualified healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly recruitment, selection, offer, and joining targets .
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate records, trackers, and regular follow-up reports.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals for current and future GCC requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment / International Recruitment.
• Experience in recruiting Nurses, Doctors, Pharmacists, Technicians, and Allied Healthcare Professionals .
• GCC or international healthcare recruitment experience will be preferred.
• Knowledge of GCC healthcare licensing and verification processes such as DataFlow, Prometric, MOH, DOH, DHA, and SCFHS will be an advantage.
• Experience working with manpower recruitment agencies will be preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong candidate-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Target - oriented with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and requirements simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals, databases, MS Office, and recruitment tracking systems.
