Qualifications include a minimum of five years in consulting or healthcare operations, with at least two years of supervisory experience. A bachelor’s degree in relevant fields is required. Experience with AI tools in healthcare revenue cycle management, data analytics, and workflow analysis is essential.
Strong communication, facilitation, and client engagement skills are necessary. The role requires authorized work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
