Creating structure and organizing processes while making a real contribution to healthcare is at the heart of this role. As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be an indispensable part of the team, ensuring that the field staff can fully concentrate on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Process all incoming patient data and maintain master data
- Maintain constant contact with the field staff
- Process all incoming orders and request prescriptions for them
- Keep an overview of all documents important for patient care
- Prepare cost estimates and settle accounts with health insurance companies
Requirements
- Completed commercial training, ideally in healthcare (Healthcare Administrator, Pharmaceutical Commercial Assistant, Medical Assistant)
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office
- High service orientation
- Responsible and discreet in handling confidential data
- Curious, motivated, open to new things, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
