Your future role on our team You’ll be responsible for supporting the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team with different mandates by performing a variety of tasks such as administrative management, research, statistics, procedures, data and information analysis, syntheses, tool development and much more.

- Assist and support the SSE team with all its activities.
- Prepare statistics.
- Help produce reports and measures analysis.
- Help the documentation team and draft procedures.
- Answer HSE emails from employees.
- Serve as backup for various HSE initiatives, where necessary.

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an HSE-related field
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Asset: knowledge of Power BI and corporate intranet systems
- Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally; you may need to use English occasionally or daily, depending on current projects
- Advanced French skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients in Québec
