Greetings! We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Health Processor with NLB Services (Payroll).

Payroll: NLB Services
Location: Divyasree Point, Rear Towers, No.7, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR), Sholinganallur, Chennai 600119
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) 5 Days Working
Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM IST
Salary: 19,500 CTC (14,000 In-Hand)
Eligibility Criteria: Freshers only
Eligible Batch: 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 graduates only
Any GraduationAll semester marksheets and degree certificate are mandatory
Good communication skills (Written & Verbal English)
Willingness to work in evening/night shifts
Must be comfortable working from office
Role & Responsibilities:
- Process healthcare-related requests accurately and within defined turnaround time.
- Research and resolve issues using available project tools.
- Coordinate with Team Leads and onshore counterparts for query resolution.
- Maintain accurate production logs and process updates.
- Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions
Meet individual and team productivity & quality targets. Adapt quickly to process changes and provide inputs for process improvements.
