Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, manage and develop agency advisors/agents
Drive business through the agency channel
Achieve sales and business targets
Build strong relationships with agents and customers
Ensure regular business generation and team productivity
Eligibility:
Graduation is mandatory
Relevant experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, BFSI or Agency Sales preferred
Strong communication, sales and relationship management skills
Candidates with relevant local market knowledge will be preferred
