Helping people make positive changes to their health and wellbeing is the core of this Health Coach role at The Doctors Ti Rakau. You will support patients on their journey towards better health outcomes as part of an integrated primary care team alongside GPs, nurses, and a Health Improvement Practitioner. You will empower patients to manage their own health and connect them with community support.
