A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Health Care Operations Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in advising hospitals, health systems, physician groups, healthcare providers, management companies, and other healthcare organizations on operational, regulatory, and transactional healthcare matters.
Ideal Background
- 3–6 years of healthcare law experience preferred
- Experience advising healthcare providers on operational and regulatory matters
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement issues
- Experience with healthcare transactions, provider contracting, or corporate healthcare matters is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare industry laws and regulations affecting providers and healthcare organizations
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted
