About the Role

Responsible for quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient facility and assistance to physicians during examinations and treatments.

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.Roles and Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking-in patients upon arrival

Assisting with various clinical tasks

Able to perform blood taking, ECG & Treadmill ECG

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records & documents

Providing positive and excellent customer service to patients

Performing other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic-in-charge

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Prepare, sterilize the used medical devices

Stocking and tidying up physician’s room

Willing to learn and adapt to additional clinical tasks and responsibilities.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Form 5 or above or equivalent.

Holder of Health Care Assistant or Care-related Support Workers (CRSW) certificate.

Friendly, willing to help, self-initiative and considerate.

Experience in medical field is a must.

Experience in assisting dispensing duty is an advantage but is not a must.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and Mandarin preferred.

Good knowledge of computer software application preferred.

Required to work a 5.5-day workweek, with Sundays and public holidays off.

You are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities.
