Job Description 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Program Management or Digital Transformation within Banking/Financial Services.
Proven experience leading large-scale Banking technology transformation programs.
Strong understanding of Banking business processes and regulatory frameworks.
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Banking and Financial Services technology programs.
Successful delivery of strategic Banking transformation programs.
Manage multiple concurrent projects within scope, budget, quality and timeline commitments.
Establish governance models, risk management frameworks, and delivery standards.
Drive delivery excellence across application development, modernization, cloud migration and digital transformation programs.
Monitor project health, KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics.
Implement and govern Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery models.
Manage Scrum teams, Release Train planning, sprint governance and program increments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery maturity frameworks.
Establish PMO best practices and delivery governance mechanisms.
Drive AI and Generative AI adoption across Banking operations and customer journeys.
Collaborate with technology and business teams to implement AI-powered solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
