Qualifications
- Preferred Qualification & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or Naval Architecture (mandatory)
- 12-18 years of relevant experience in shipbuilding / ship repair with 6-8 years in a senior/managerial role directly responsible for high-precision machinery installation and trials
Key Competencies
- Expertise in marine engine installation, optical/laser alignment, stern tube/rudder stock boring, resin chocking
- Knowledge of IACS/Class Rules, QAP, QHSE, SAP/ERP
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
