Head of Wealth Management

LHH Executive Search is supporting a leading international Private Banking & Wealth Management institution in the appointment of a senior professional for its growing Dubai platform , with a strong focus on the MENA region .

Our client is a Swiss Private Banking and Wealth Management institution with an established presence in the Middle East and a strong focus on serving sophisticated private clients.

As part of its continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager / Head of Wealth Management to join the Dubai team and contribute to the further development of the business across the MENA region .

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Private Banking, an established network of High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients , and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with private clients, entrepreneurs and family offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of HNWI and UHNWI clients , including individuals and family offices.
• Provide tailored investment advice and holistic wealth management solutions aligned with clients’ long-term objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor, developing strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Identify and acquire new clients through an established network, referrals and proactive business development activities.
• Collaborate closely with internal specialists across investments, credit, tax, estate planning and other wealth management disciplines .
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal risk management requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics, integrity, discretion and client confidentiality .
• Contribute to the growth and strategic development of the Wealth Management business.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in Relationship Management / Private Banking within leading Swiss or European financial institutions .
• Proven track record managing and developing a loyal portfolio of HNWI/UHNWI clients , ideally with a strong focus on the MENA region .
• Established network of private clients, entrepreneurs, family offices and relevant intermediaries.
• Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and international banking solutions .
• Good knowledge of Swiss and/or European regulatory frameworks .
• Demonstrated ability to originate new business and develop long-term client relationships.
• Strong entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion.
• Stable career track record and a long-term relationship-oriented approach.
