About This Role
Heading the Supply Chain function involves defining its vision, strategy, governance, and operating model within a technology and production-oriented environment. This role suits a strategic and business-oriented individual who can combine long-term thinking with operational execution, initially operating as a standalone function with the ambition to build and lead a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic collaboration between Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Engineering
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies within areas such as PCBA, cable assemblies, and make-to-stock
- Optimize material flows and operational interfaces across the value chain
- Execute outsourcing initiatives together with Procurement and relevant stakeholders
- Support and coordinate supplier quality and supplier performance activities together with SQM/SQE and Procurement
- Drive Net Working Capital (NWC) and inventory optimization initiatives
- Establish scalable supply chain processes, governance, and ways of working
- Develop efficient operational structures and drive continuous improvements within the Supply Chain area
- Contribute to long-term supply chain capability development aligned with business strategy and future growth
- Lead according to company values and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing culture
Requirements
- Master of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, or equivalent experience
- Several years of experience within Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, or Manufacturing in an industrial or technical environment
- Experience from working in a product-oriented organization with close interaction between engineering, sourcing, and production
- Experience from driving cross-functional collaboration and operational improvements
- Strong understanding of material flows, supplier management, and production-related processes
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution
- Strong business understanding and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience from ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, or equivalent
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish

- Experience from sourcing strategies, outsourcing projects, or supplier transitions
