About This Role

Leading and managing the overall operations and resources of ZEISS SMT-US is the core of this role, ensuring the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. This position suits a leader who can represent the organization and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing a unified voice for ZEISS SMT.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Lead and develop the executive team and senior management
• Develop and execute strategic plans to advance the organization
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement and allocate resources accordingly
• Manage the organization's budget and financial resources, ensuring financial stability and accountability
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, and the community
• Advocate for the organization
• Ensure meeting sales objectives and implementing negotiation excellence
• Establish performance metrics (KPI) and evaluate organizational progress towards goals
• Implement corrective actions as necessary, ensuring objectives are met
• Ensure the organization adheres to legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of governance and ethical conduct
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance
• Manage customer relations and facilitate global way of work for customers which are headquartered in USA
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Ensure the recruitment, retention, and development of high-quality staff

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in semiconductor-related industries, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles within a similar organization
• Master
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a similar organization
• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and decision-making skills
• Financial acumen and experience in budget management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
• Capability to work in matrix organization and manage your senior managers
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving goals
