Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
- Develop and implement sales strategies for controlled channels (Maxis Centres, direct teams) in assigned regions.
- Lead, coach, and manage in-house sales teams and supervisors.
- Drive customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling within controlled channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and sales standards.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams for GTM activities.
- Lead process improvements and training for controlled channels.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
