Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality of care and living in compliance with legal requirements
• Secure and further develop quality management
• Design and optimize the care and support process
• Cooperate closely with doctors and authorities
• Plan and organize staff deployment
• Acquire new residents
• Motivate, promote, and develop employees

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or health and nursing care
• Recognized further training as Head of Nursing
• Empathy and leadership skills
• Confident demeanor combined with strong communication skills
• Flexibility and openness
