About the role
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Group's brand and marketing strategy and support marketing initiatives.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Build, lead, and develop the marketing team while managing the marketing budget.
- Partner closely with the Head of Enrolment and Operations to optimise lead quality and marketing performance.
- Support Business Development on marketing initiatives for business expansion and franchising.
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Experience in education, childcare, or other relationship-driven service industries is preferred.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and social media.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver measurable business results.
- Comfortable working in a founder-led environment with strong knowledge of the Singapore market
