About This Role

Leading the IT business units, this role provides strategic leadership and oversees both the Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and operational execution. It suits a leader with strong business acumen who can drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the business units
• Oversee both the Sales and Service Delivery teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and operational execution
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and business expansion initiatives
• Partner closely with executive leadership on business strategy, market positioning, and organisational growth
• Lead and develop a large team (100+ headcounts) while fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure successful delivery of technology solutions and services across clients in the region

Requirements

• Experience working in a SI, MSSP or Technology solutions company
• Led a team of minimum 80 headcounts
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Strong business acumen to work with the Sales and Delivery team
