■業務内容
・経営陣の財務アドバイザーとして戦略計画を支援
・年間事業計画、四半期予測の策定と業績レビュー
・売上、利益率、コスト、CapEx等の主要指標管理
・内部統制やコンプライアンスの強化とリスク管理
・財務プロセスの簡素化、デジタル化による変革推進
・財務チームのコーチング、育成および後継者計画
■応募要件
・大卒で財務経験20年以上、又は修士で15年以上
・多国籍・マトリックス企業での財務リーダー経験
・製造業または工場財務の実務経験および強い知見
・日英ともに流暢レベル
・CPA、CMA、CIAなどの会計資格
・FP&A、コマーシャル財務などの幅広い経験
■想定年収
1,500万円 ～ 3,000万円
