The Head of Delivery will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Managers and Technical Engineers, overseeing the successful delivery of ITSM, ITOM, and AIOps-related projects and managed services engagements.

We are looking for an experienced delivery leader to lead our service delivery organization and ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients.
Description
As a Head of Delivery, your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, including Project Managers and Technical Engineers.
- Oversee the delivery of ITSM, ITOM, and AIOps projects and managed services.
- Ensure projects and services are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations.
- Establish and maintain service delivery processes aligned with ITIL best practices.
- Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure operational readiness and smooth transition of projects into production support.
- Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Conduct service reviews and project status meetings with customers.
- Act as the senior point of contact for delivery-related matters.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.
Profile
A successful Head of Delivery should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, project delivery, or consulting.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing delivery teams.
- Proven track record in ITSM, ITOM, or AIOps delivery.
- Strong experience with ITIL-based service management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
