**Education and Relevant Experience Requirements:**Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification through the BPS ‘Certified-Custodian’ or the BPS ‘Master-Custodian’ training program within one year of employment.
- Demonstrate general knowledge of maintenance equipment used on job.
**Certifications and Licenses:**Required:
- Valid State Driver’s License.
Preferred/Desired:
- Valid National or State recognized custodial and/or building sanitation trade certification preferred.
