HC Territory Supervisor

Job Description

• Providing HR business partner support to management, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving
• Assisting in the design and delivery of talent management programs, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning
• Contributing to the implementation of human capital policies, procedures, and best practices
• Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide valuable insights to support decision-making
• Partnering with the HR team to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment
• Assisting in the coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives
• Providing administrative support and HR-related guidance to the business
• End to end process recruitment in territory

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar HR business partner or HR generalist role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret HR metrics and insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address HR-related challenges
• Familiarity with HR information systems and technology
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Borneo
