Very good experience in Complete HDLC (Hardware Design and Development Life cycle)

Experience in High-Speed Memories Design (DDR4/LPDDR4/5 etc)

Experience in High-Speed Interfaces such as PCIe, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, ThunderBolt etc., Or any one specific SERDES interface

Exposure to Signal Integrity & Power Integrity concepts. Hands-on experience might be preferred

Good experience in board validation and debug experience

Handling of Lab equipment such as Scope, Analyzer and DMM etc.,
