Responsible for overall laboratory operation, technical align, team management, system maintenance and qualification management. Ensure the safety, compliant, efficient and standardized operation of the laboratory.

Coordinate the distribution, progress tracking and quality control of daily testing assignment, review all original testing data, experimental records and test reports, eliminate data errors and irregular reports, ensure all test results are authentic, accurate and compliant.

Implement 5S management, safety production and environmental sanitation management of the laboratory, conduct regular safety inspections to avoid safety accidents.

Lead the establishment, implementation and continuous optimization of the laboratory quality management system, be proficient in ISO/IEC 17025 and be fully responsible for the application, re-evaluation and expansion of laboratory qualifications such as CNAS. Coordinate and respond to internal and external audits, regulatory inspections or customer visit.

Follow up the technical align, standard update and new capability development. Solve daily technical problems, lead technical review and method optimization to improve the overall technical capability of the laboratory. Cooperate with internal departments including customer service, sales and key account managers, and provide professional technical support. Handle customer technical consultations, test objections and complaints, maintain customer relationships and corporate brand reputation.
Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical, engineering or standardization.

More than 5 years of working experience in laboratory with at least 3 years of overall laboratory management experience.

Proficient in ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system specifications, skilled in application, maintenance and audit process of CNAS qualifications. Familiar with national and industry test standard and compliance regulations for various hardlines products, with solid technical foundation, data analysis and problem investigation capabilities. Skilled in operating various conventional laboratory testing equipment and mastering equipment calibration, maintenance and management processes.

Excellent overall planning, team management, organization and coordination and problem-solving abilities, clear thinking and strong sense of responsibility. Good cost control and risk prediction awareness, strong pressure resistance, capable of efficiently responding to audits, inspections and unexpected work. Rigorous and meticulous in work, abiding by professional norms, with good professional literacy, service awareness and team spirit.

Good English reading and writing skills to understand English testing standards and technical documents as well as communicate with foreign colleagues and customers. Proficient in office and data statistics software, capable of independently completing reports, summaries and system document compilation.
