Job Responsibilities

Perform electrical repairs and maintenance across store branches, including lighting fixtures, wiring, and other electrical systems.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure stores remain safe, clean, and in good working condition.
Install, inspect, and repair flooring, electrical components, plumbing, and piping as needed.
Repair and maintain walls, ceilings, doors, and other store fixtures, including painting and minor carpentry work.
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize store downtime.
Coordinate with property management and external contractors when necessary.
Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least College or Vocational level.
With a certificate in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or a related field.
Experience in electrical maintenance, general repairs, and facility upkeep is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in the safe and proper use of power tools and hand tools.
Familiar with HVAC systems and basic troubleshooting.
Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with property management, contractors, and store personnel.
Willing to travel to different branch locations as needed.
